It is essential as it is for every human to breatn. When you completely understand what you prospects want from you, that's the moment when you can tailor your product and services.

Any business can struggle to get conversions. And most of the time it is because clients' desires are not met. There's a big different between providing a service and satisfying a client.

With the latter, you provide an experience which can be done not only by the high quality of your product/services but also by how you provide them.

You can be offering local services in a remote area such as dentist services in Avondale AZ or selling video games. The important thing is to know who you are targeting and how different you're marketing your business compared to your competition.

The ideal goal is to provide a rich experience to your clients and prospects. Even if you're marketing strategies are better than your competitors, you must provide an amazing experience.

If you don't, your business might be at potential risk that someday someone else offers not only a better product/services but also an experience that thrill his clients' senses.
