A Real Diamond
Once upon a time, there was a court in a state. On the day of
winters, the Court was started in the open, in the sun. Everyone was sitting, the ministers of the king, the priest, the people of the king's family. A table was placed in front of the king. At the same time suddenly one man comes forward and says - I have to meet the king. I have two things. I want to examine these two things in front of king. Talked to the King.
The king said – Let the man come. When the man came to the king, the king said - Tell me what is the matter? That man said - I have two things. Looks like the same, one size, exactly the same but one of them is diamond and another is glass. I have been gone in so many states till now, I have met many kings but no one can identify that which is real and which one is fake. I also want to take your test, I want to know that there is someone in your court who is wise, who can tell which is real and which is fake. If someone recognizes the real diamond then I will be deposited this diamond in the treasury of your state and if no one is recognized then you have to give me the price of this diamond. I just wins in this way. The king said – Okay…show your Diamond and Glass.
These two things were kept on the table in front of the king. One was diamond and the other was a fake diamond. To all the people sitting in the kingdom, the king said all of them that come one by one and recognize which one is real diamond. Some people dare, some people thought that if the king was
defeated then all the blame would come upon us, so he did not come forward. The King also did not understand what to do because he is losing his face here.
Then one blind old Baba came out from the crowd and said – Give me one chance to meet the king, I want to try once. The king said - Well, when nothing has happened then they should also be given a chance. Blind Baba came forward and within a minute he told that which one is real diamond and which one is fake diamond. Everyone was shocked, everyone was happy, the king's respect was saved.
The people of the kingdom started preparing to keep the diamond in the vault. In the meanwhile, the king asked - Baba, tell me one thing, how did you recognize this diamond? Old Baba said - It was very easy, we are sitting in the open, sitting in the sun. The thing which was heated in the heat is glass and the thing which remained cold is diamond.
