Printing invitations when the wedding is almost there

In a perfect world, you should give your designer at least 5 weeks to design, get proof read and print the final design, 4 to 5 weeks to distribute and there should be a minimum gap of 5 to 6 weeks before you distribute the last card. Thus, you need to start the process of getting your invitations ready at least 4 months before the wedding.
