3 Ways to Get Your Presentation to the SlideShare Homepage

by Sally Phelps Entrepreneur, telemarketing expert
SlideShare is a huge online community for document sharing. Whether you have a PowerPoint presentation, a video, or a PDF, SlideShare caters to your blogging needs by generating traffic to your business blog.

Let me share to you three ways to get your presentation to the homepage of SlideShare!

  • Get it to LinkedIn!

Search keywords related to your presentation topic in LinkedIn's Groups section and join in at least 20 groups with numerous members. Go to your SlideShare presentation and hit on the 'Share' button at the left side to showcase it your LinkedIn account. Share your presentation with those groups you just joined.

Facebook is one of the most powerful social sites out there (probably the most powerful!). With a multitude of active users, posting your SlideShare presentation to your page, your FB groups, and whatever pages you have can gain it a lot of views! Make sure you're getting your presentation out to the right audience.

  • Tweet it!

Dominate the last of the big 3. Post your presentation to Twitter and ask your peers to tweet it, too. (Don't forget the oh-so-important hashtags!)

Dominating the SlideShare homepage calls for participating in other online communities. Being a part of multiple communities online not only gives you a strong web presence, it also lets you connect to other telemarketing entrepreneurs and potential customers! When you have too much business tasks on your hands and not enough time to deal with the internet, you can outsource to the Philippines so virtual assistants can perform these tasks to help your business garner internet fame!
