Make your status come alive!!!
by Philippe Moisan Tutorial videos, sci-fi writer Hello everyone,I notice that many members at APSense don't change their status often.
I know, we only have 35 characters. But it's possible to say a lot of things even with that limit.
More importantly, I consider the status is a tool for branding yourself. It helps us get to know you better.
Many times, I react to the status of other members by clicking on the "add comment" link we see in every post on the news feed. I can say hi, tease the person, congratulate on a success, or make a suggestion. Since they receive a notification, many respond to my comment, it can become a conversation all by itself.
Unlike Twitter, the comment ( NOT the status ) allows 200 characters. That's more than enough to add an interesting comment. I rarely reach that limit.
Don't forget, APSense is a business SOCIAL network. Take advantage of every advantage we have to communicate with others and build stronger relatiinships.
The status is a formidable tool to interact with members at APSense. Use it, you'll see!!

I'm not sure I understand what you mean, John. Is it related to something I wrote in the article? Apr 30th 2011 11:45 |

No problem, Al. The more people use the status, the more popular it will become. Combined with the "add comment", it is much better than, for instance, Twitter. :) Apr 30th 2011 20:48 |
