Being CEO of a brand new company
April 2010, an idea is born: a new initiative for artists.It takes 2 weeks to work the plan, browse the internet, look for simular site, and patent the concept.
After 1 month it is clear nobody else has a site online as we want it: GREAT NEWS!!
We find a website designer who is willing to take the challenge and promisses to finish the 1st of september.
But the site is more complicated than he thought, plus we keep adding new stuff so eventually we can start the beta in october.
Today we have over 700 artists online!
Musicians, Dancers, Show-acts, Speakers, Artists, workshops, etc.
And from all over the world.
My job is to promote the site, advertise, talk, spread, sell.......
and so far I like it ;-)

Very interesting, I like the concept. You basically provide the service of recruitment. You bring in the talent and provide a place to market there service rather than door to door and supply the prospects by where you profit through a percentage of the booking. Very nice. I have bookmarked your site as for reference for my musician friends.
