What Have You Been Doing With 2011?

by Nnamdi A. Internet Marketer
I have just been given three hundred and sixty five days to do what I like with. It was given to me just last week. Other persons who were observant were also given the same number of days. Did you receive yours?

Those 365 days are collectively called 2011. We are already into the tenth day and some people do not yet know that they were given those days.

while some people are still busy planning what to do with those days, others are already doing something that will yield fruits during the year and beyond. What have you been doing with 2011?

Whatever you decide to do with and in 2011, I wish you success. However, remember that if you do not make haste and start working hard and smart, 2011 will evaporate in your hands the way that 2010 did. God forbid!

You have been writing good articles and revpages with positive comments, should you not consider writing articles as a freelancer to make money online? Think about it this year.

Whatever you decide to engage yourself in, by December 31st 2011, the year will be gone and there is nothing you can do about it.

Therefore, do something now with the year while you still have the opportunity.

There are two sets of people on the internet; those who make money and those who make excuses. The essence of this article is to encourage the excuse makers to look for viable ways of making money on the internet this year 2011. Hopefully, they will have no time to make excuses if they start making money on the internet now.

@Sylvia Anne Baker Staying positive and focused will help us achieve tremendous results in 2011.

@Johnny Having a lot to do without naming them will lead to loss of focus. Name them and act on them so you can evaluate your achievements on 31st December, 2011, when 2011 will be forever gone from us.

staying foucs and planing and doing is the key! One person may have one great business and do nothing. Than there maybe another person that have 5 businesses and do something and earn income. The key word people is DO. If you DO nothing You Get nothing. I know for some folks that is harsh but face it, This is the real world. Dumb people DO dumb stuff smart people Do Start stuff.

@skycom I am hearing this from you; "If you started a home based business treat it like a business and it will treat you like a boss and owner!"

This is a profound statement and I agree wholly with it.

Funny you mention this I do indeed know people who are just now planning how to use 2011. I already know what I will be doing with the last few days of 2011 because it is the same thing I did with the last few days of 2010,2009,2008 etc. I'll be evaluating my year and working on my game plan so it's ready to go one 1-1-2012. If you're not planning until January first you are planning late. January first should be you "day of execution" That's the day you start your plan rolling!

@pplcheryl63 It is neat to plan ahead. I only wanted to remind those who still think that 2011 is still new to have a rethink. The year is already 10 days OLD, not new.

An old trick that I tend to use for a yearly plan is breaking it down from the end back to the beginning.
I will have an ultimate goal I want to achieve by December 15th (year end), then based on that, I will have to be to a certain place by the end of June in order to accomplish my year end goal.
I will then in turn have to accomplish so much by the end of September and the same goes for the end of March.

It seems to help me to work from the end to the middle to the 3/4 point and back to the first quarter. May seem unorthodox but it is pretty effective for me.

I agree with you Nnamdi, if you're not planning ahead, you won't get ahead.......nice article.

This is a very unique approach for the time each of us have to accomplish our life challenges. It is kind, thoughtful and without reproach. If you want things to change you must change what you are doing. This article advocates to that. Thank you Nnamdi.

@Corey One of the benefits of your system is that you have time and opportunity to adjust your plan [not target] when periodic reviews reveal that you have not arrived at the expected milestones.

That way, you keep focus on the final target while adjusting the speed and resources required to get there.

That's a good system, Corey.

@Darlene I quite agree with you that if we want change, we must do it ourselves by changing what we are doing and also changing the way we do things.

We should focus on ourselves to make the changes we desire.
