When we think of solidarity we think of national solidarity; in this case, it is for business.
When building a team or joining a team, solidarity is an essential aspect of individual success and Team success. When embarking on a Work at Home Business, SOLIDARITY is one of the most important elements one should be looking for.
In Relationship Business’s there must be a trust within and through out the team to hold together and support each other. It is every members responsibility to be part of the glue that holds it all together.
What I have found, in Business and in Life, is when we look for problems we find them. When we seek weakness, we find it. We literally have the ability to create our experience whether we choose  peace and prosperity or dysfunction and lack.
When I find myself getting wrapped up in problems, I take a step back, clear my mind and focus on the business at hand. There is no room for negativity. If I want a Prosperous and healthy business, I must resist any drama. No one is perfect, we all get caught up in the uglies from time to time, the key is to not stay caught up for long.
Your Life, Your Business, Your future depends on it. CHOOSE what you pay attention too, because by the LAW of ATTRACTION you will get it.
