Halloween Ideas: How To Host A Halloween Party For Adults
by Dexter Williams AuthorHere are some Halloween
ideas if you are willing to organize a Halloween party for adults. To attend a Halloween Party is a way for us
to socialize with other people with the excuse of celebrating this famous date.
Many people wait for this occasion to finally have the chance to talk to the
person they have feelings for (and obviously the lucky one doesn’t know
anything about it!) If you want to host a Halloween party, the first thing you
need to do is to have a very good Halloween theme in place, with the sound and
visual effects and the decorations. To get your decorations is very easy thanks
to the internet, and you can find there many different kinds of paper craft and
plastic-craft that will help you create the perfect environment. And about the sounds and visual effects…
well, no need to worry, as there are several places where you can hire these
kinds of services for your party.
After having planned
your theme, next thing you need is a costume perfectly created for the
occasion! For men, the scarier the better and for girls, well, no need to be
scary. Ladies can wear lovely and sexy
costumes especially designed for this kind of party! I know an online store
that might help you if looking for the perfect Halloween costume and will give
you great Halloween ideas. They have
varieties of costume that you can choose from. And they are also offering
Halloween couples costume, Halloween teenage costume, accessories and many
more.
Now you have your
amazing costume that will help you get the attention of everyone, so the next
step is to get the Halloween drinks and food that would make everyone crave for
some more. One of the bite size foods that I enjoy the most – and one of the
best Halloween ideas for food – is the finger bandages. To do this you may need
short (cocktail size) frankfurters (if long you have to cut them in two or
three parts) and you need some frozen puff pastry cut as if it was a bandage,
then wrap the hotdogs in the middle and freeze for 15 mins. After this you can cook them in the oven for
20 mins at 375F and then serve with bloody ketchupJ.
Another lovely bite size food for me is ribs marinated in soy sauce,
lime, garlic and onions for a week. Then you can fry them or oven cook and
serve with bloody ketchup. And for the drinks you may serve a bloody drink for
your guests. You can make it with apple
juice, strawberry juice or cranberry juice or any other red fruit juice or you
can mix apple and strawberry to create a delicious juice. It just depends on your creativity! And if
you have Halloween molds for jelly or ice you can make use of those as well and
create colorful pieces of jelly or ice. If you want some liquor drinks you can
have bloody smurfs or dead Hitler for the bloody smurfs. The recipe is 1.5 oz blueberry schnapps, ½
shot ice and 8 oz. cranberry juice and for the dead Hitler 1 part goldschalger,
1 part jagermeister and 1 part rumble minze.
Last but not least,
here are some Halloween ideas for the activities/events that you could do. One of the events that I enjoy that most is telling ghost
stories to each other while the lights are off and your only source of light is
one candle in the middle - woooh spooky, isn’t it? And one other activity that I enjoy is
watching horror movies together with friends while eating our favorite
Halloween snacks and some Halloween drinks (liquor).
That’s all! Don’t
forget to invite your friends and neighbors and have a happy Halloween.
