About our Business

Most of the Business Centers here are trying really hard to sell you their business opportunity. Of course I want to do the same, but I really want you to get to know me first...So, here's my background:

My name is Lora and I live in VA. My husband Scott and I have been married for 8 1/2 years and we have 2 kids. Before starting my business I worked as a contractor in the local school systems for 5 years. I absolutely loved my job - I just didn't love who I did it for...and the pay, well, it stunk.

My Mother-in-law, Patsy, was looking into starting a home business and I was helping her check them out. We looked at several that were no good. In the process of looking she warmed me up to the idea of working from home. This was not something that I had ever even thought about. I thought that all work-from-home systems were a scam. They were just out there trying to get your money. Totally useless and not for us 'normal' people. She found Coastal Vacations and asked me to take a look at it. I took a look at the information and I couldn't find anything wrong with it. I took the info home and asked Scott to take a look at it too. I just knew that I had to be missing something. Guess what! He couldn't find anything wrong with it either. He thought that we would at least get a great vacation package that would save us a lot of money for all of the years of traveling that we have in front of us.

In July of 2005 Patsy and I got started. We pooled together, became business partners, and started off at level 2. Things were great at first. We even made a profit of $1,000 right off the bat. Then, after about 3 weeks, we had to set the business aside due to several personal obsticals.

Even though I was not really working the business I still kept up to date on everything. I still got on a lot of the Q&A and training calls. I was hearing people who started when we did and they had some incredible stories! Instead of giving up I was gaining more interest. When things calmed down I talked to Scott and Patsy. I told them that I thought we were in Coastal for a reason. There had to be a reason that I was still listening to all the calls (come to find out, Patsy had been listening all along also). Something bigger than I could imagine was going to happen here. We had to get back to work!

OK, fast forward to now - I no longer work out of the home. My husband has been able to take a less stressful job at his company. Things are looking great all around! Needless to say I am so thankful that Coastal found us.

Not only do Patsy and I work from our homes but by the end of the year I hope to have Scott home also. How many families get 2 stay at home parents? 

Coastal is an incredible opportunity that anyone can follow along with. If you put in the work it CAN and WILL change your life -- as long as you let it!

Each morning I wake up looking forward to who I get to meet, friends I get to make, and finding out how I can help each person make their dreams become a reality!
