List Property
Click the List Property button on top right of any page on the website. This takes you to a form, where in you can fill out your initial details. You can change any of these details any time, you want. Your property-listing does not go live on the website until you approve of it. So, go on clicking 'Continue' & keep on entering the required information.
Know the Guest
You are equipped with advanced tools to interact with your prospective guest and screen them. This is meant to let you feel comfortable with your guest before you decide to accommodate them in your property. You need not confirm any booking unless you are 100% sure.
Approve Bookings
You are in-charge of who gets to book your accommodation. You're given 24 hours-time to decide whether to Accept or Reject a request before it expires. It is advisable to respond to every request, even if it is to Reject, since expired requests have a negative impact on your search results and response rates.
Welcome your Guest!
You are now quite close to meeting your Guest & getting paid! There are just a few things to be prepared with, in advance: you need to coordinate with your guest regarding their trip confirmation, travel schedule, arrival and departure timings, address confirmation etc. Your property needs to be prepared in every way possible in order to receive your guest.
