I am 57 and semi-retired from Roanke, Virginia. I spent many years as an operations manager in a high pressure, high stress business environment.

By being devoted to working 24/7 for so many years I allowed myself to miss out on things that are much more important in life. I finally came to the realization that family and personal well-being are the most important things life has to offer and that you need to enjoy life while you have the opportunity. I am an outdoors person who enjoys camping, FISHING and just admiring the beauty of nature.
