Funky feta skewers

Ingredients

• 1 large mango chunkily diced into 10
• Fresh watermelon, diced into 10
• Packed feta cheese, cut into 20 cubes
• 1 tsp toasted poppy seed
• 20 mini skewers, for serving
• 1 citrus fruit, for serving
• 1 lemon

Method

Place the mango on a plate, feta on another and melon on third. Spread some poppy seeds over every, and gently throw thus the seeds stick. Collect 10 skewers with cubes of feta and mango, and 10 skewers with feta and melon cubes. Attach it with citrus fruit, or arrange it on a plate, and squeeze lemon on it. Cover and cool it till 20 mins before serving it.
