MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK 3 DAYS/2 NIGHTS

MFNP offers an experience that is better lived than narrated. It is the largest National Park in Uganda at 3840 sq. km. Here is the awe inspiring Murchison Falls where the River Nile hurls itself in convulsions through a narrow crevice and then plunges 40 meters in one breathtaking leap. The park has a variety of vegetation ranging from riparian forests and swamp lands to broad savannah, and provides visitors the opportunity of seeing large concentrations of wildlife.

DAY 1: Kampala-Masindi -Top of the falls

Meet and greet by our safari guide at 7:30AM after your morning breakfast to begin your panoramic safari to the Murchison Falls. You will stop in Masindi for lunch before proceeding to the Top of the Falls to discover how Nile water forces itself in a 7 m gap. Dinner and overnight stay at Red Chili Camp (Budget) Fort Murchison (Mid-Range) Paara safari lodge (Luxury option)

DAY 2: Game Drive and Lunch Cruise
After a morning cup of coffee/tea, you will go for a game drive. throughout the game drive you are expect to see following animals, Giraffes, Elephant, Bushbucks Lion, Jackal, Hartebeest and bird life. Return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, you will go for a launch cruise which will lead you to have close photo opportunities of schools of Hippo, crocodile, water birds, sometimes elephants and other wildlife that comes down for a quench their thirsty in the afternoon heat. On docking at the mid River Island, you will take pictures of the Murchison Falls before returning back to the lodge. Dinner and an overnight at Paara safari lodge, Fort Murchison or Red chili camp.

Day 3: Murchsion - Kampala

After an early morning cup of coffee, You will check out to return to Kampala with lunch stop on the way back at leisure.
