They are little, decently peaceful, dynamic fledglings that don't oblige nor revel in human association (hand raised junior are some of the time a special case). On the off chance that you seek a fowl which delights in being taken care of, consider putting resources into a parrot. Like all feathered creatures, they are muddled and offer a few fundamental, to a degree drawn out requirements:

1. Crisp nourishment and water day by day
2. An expansive enough pen to agreeably oblige them (no less than 30" long)
3. Showering open doors a few times each week

A finch should not be housed alone, nor should it be housed with a parrot who might be able to injure it. Instead finches should be housed in pairs or more (space allowing) of the same or mixed, compatible species of finches; same-sex pairing in most cases is acceptable (they do not usually have to be male-female pairs).
