The project also saw the completion of an iconic park, complete with shade structures, lighting, barbecue areas and play equipment. This was well received by the whole community and remains one of the most popular public parks in the town.
For a final touch, artworks depicting sea eagles are placed throughout the project.
The challenge faced by TDL in designing a landscape for this high-density accommodation development was to ensure that the end result would set a new benchmark for this type
