I wrote this in 2003 and have been trying to get it to someone who can put a printed exact version into the hands of Bono of the Band U2 and Prince Charles of England. People want to help Africa, do it in an honest business format with long term objectives. Not just taxing other countries and give that money to corrupt african governments. Davo

Wow impressive work. The one thing I felt was missing was support documentation and maybe a little more history on how you arrived at your plan.

Thanks for sharing

Have you thought about breaking in into parts and having a running blog. It could link back to the work as a whole. I just think it maybe easier to market you ideas that way.
