Dozens of American watchdogs ask the Congress to hold on to Facebook’s Libra

In a new attack on the developments in Libra, 33 lawmakers asked Congress to ask Facebook to stop the further development of Libra before answering all their concerns and questions. Last month Facebook stormed the crypto world by releasing the white paper for the Libra cryptocurrency. As Facebook plans to launch Libra in early 2020, lawmakers make sure that it is not an easy way for the social media giant.
