HELP! I have something for free but cant upload the download link from my computer to here

I want to give everyone some very helpful marketing tools that are beneficial for writers and everyone else. how can i attach a download link so people that want it can grab it. IT FREE and has some awesome tools!! if there isnt a way to do that let me know you want it and i will email it to you. there are pdf convertors and zip file openers and ftp file uploaders and sooooo much more
