Half Marathon Training

You enjoy running, and truly would like to give a half-marathon a shot. Preferably, before beginning this type of training program, you have been running for a few months minimum, and about ten miles per week. It's highly recommended that you are most recently cleared for the threat of a 13.1 mile run (22 km), by your Healthcare Professional .
