How Actively playing Fearful with your Organization Results in Defeat
I learned this lesson early on although enjoying higher college basketball. My staff infamously identified itself top at halftime in 18 various video games, but went on to win only 3 of them. In retrospect, the reason why is clear: Following the half in each and every game, we let go of what had earned us the lead while in the very first area. In brief: We stopped taking part in to get rid of. We stopped playing aggressively. We stopped trusting 1 other. And as the game fell apart, our emotional response only reinforced the truth that we had been "playing scared." We never received back to the fundamentals, along with the game just slipped away.
