Job Description:
* Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through
various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound marketing leads.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients by
understanding their needs and aligning them with our technology solutions.
* Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to design effective sales
strategies, customize proposals, and deliver presentations that address client pain points.
* Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent
revenue growth. Track and document all sales.
* Closing Deals: Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to final negotiation
and contract signing. Ensure a smooth handover to the account management team post-sales.
* Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market
developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success
teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
* Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall
company revenue growth.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
* 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales in the technology industry.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a "hunter" role.
* Strong ability to identify, approach, and close new business deals.
* Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technology solutions clearly.
* Strong networking skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
