I want to create mobile site. I am explain: I have two site. one xyz.com/ and second xyz.com/m/ Second URL is for mobile users. I have to ask that Is that both URL is good as SEO related? OR closed mobile site and add coding in xyz.com/ So, it is open in mobiles.

Don't go for particular mobile site it wont give you as much traffic as you expected therefore go for RWD website that will be beneficial and will be perfect for desktop as well.
