Communicate better

One of the biggest sources of conflict that lead to where I am now is my communication skills. I wasn’t actually communicating, I was simply reacting. I was letting my emotions get the best of me and instead of controlling myself, they controlled me. If only I had learned this a months ago instead of just a few weeks ago.
