Paleo diet, also commonly described as the Cave male diet, is a diet plan based upon ancient humans' food usage. Ancient humans are thought to eat meat, nuts and berries and omit foods that are unknown to them like dairy products. The Paleo diet plan just recently gained its popularity since Paleo supporters think that in order to acquire and preserve optimal health, modern humans should get back to consuming genuine, entire unrefined foods such as meat, plants and seafooods, untouched and unpolished by contemporary human technology. These natural and entire foods consist of nutrients that the human body requirements.
