NISHTHA – A Revolution in Teacher Training in India

The new initiative to change the traditional framework of teacher training in India, the Ministry of human resource development stepped an initial step towards elementary teacher training. The sole purpose of the program is to improve the outcome of elementary teachers. National Initiative for School Head's and Teachers' Holistic Advancement is the integrated approach entirely dedicated to enhance the productivity and capacity of almost 42 lakh elementary teachers, school headmaster, faculty of state council of educational research and training across the country.
