Automated withdrawals Withdrawals have been automated for most coins and can now be requested through the website. Simply login to the website and click on "New transaction" or a "Withdraw" button. Small amounts will go through within 5-30 minutes while larger amounts still require manual approval (72 hours at the most). Withdrawal requests will also immediately be visible under "Outgoing Transactions" in the left menu. BTC and LTC addresses have been refreshed All BTC and LTC addresses have been refreshed and are scheduled to rotate every 12 months. This is done to improve the security and privacy of everybody. Rest assured that previously used addresses will continue to work for 12 months, but we strongly suggest to rotate addresses every now and then. To generate a new address, simply login to your account and click "Generate address". Updated "Transfer Minimums and Fees" Transfer fees and withdrawal minimums have been adjusted. A further adjustment will be made in the weekend and a separate announcement will go out, describing all the details. Withdrawal Automation Update We've been working hard on automating withdrawals and we just published a major update. Withdrawals no longer have to be requested through e-mail. A new withdrawal screen has been added to the website. Simply login and click on "New transaction" to request a withdrawal. Most withdrawals are automatic. Larger withdrawals still require manual approval. We will see how the process is working in the coming week and publish further improvements next time. Please try it out and let us know how it goes.
