Do the following exercise every morning:
Define what you want. Know that you can have it, know that deserve it and know it's possible for you. Then close your eyes for several minutes and visualize having what you want, feeling as if I had it, when finished, focus on that for which you're grateful, and really, gócelo. Then start the day and release it, and trust that it will manifest.
