I have been doing business online since 2002. I was one of the first people to join Vortex, the company you're talking about, aproximately 2 years ago. I never received anyting from them, not even the materials they were supposed to send me in the mail (and I lived at driving distance from San Antonio, where Joel lives, at that time). Whenever I wanted to go to the next level, to get involved and have the chance to make money,i happened that it would cost me several hundred dollars
