Being Impatient While Waiting for An Audience

The area where I notice this impatience showing up more frequently is in the arena of audience-building/community building. We want fans and followers- and we do not want to wait to get them. Yet, in this rush to create an audience, we are forgetting some important steps in actually making real connections.
