There are several directory sites providing PI services in Costa Rica. These are absolutely nothing more than clearing houses for a web entrepreneur to obtain a percentage by referring you case to one of their members. More than often the members of such directories have to do nothing to obtain the recommendation other than joining the directory site and paying a small subscription cost. The directories in turn do no or bit due diligence and refer your case to somebody they understand absolutely nothing about. Recently I wondered and call one that is prominently shown in the Google organic search and learned that it was a call center situated in the western United States.
