Repetitive Posting And You

yes your right,we all watch different things, that`s why we need to make more posts about it .. ALL of us that have read this thread. It is up to us to catch the stuff and let Sheeple know about it but it is also up to everyone that reads this thread to write about it in their own words ... EVERY DAY. (or several times a day) ... this is my point .... TAKE ACTION every day.

Christopher, It's not that they are not listening. They don't have time to monitor everything we do.

I sent one of them a short message a while back, and ALL of the offenders spam posts dissapeared in a flash!! Not only that, but he is now being monitored!

I think it is up to us to catch some of this, and report it.

I whole heartedly agree that Spammy Ad Posts are doing nothing more than destroying the quality of the content here.

Great info. I love the idea that a post can be lucrative in views and extra earnings for years to come. That sure would be nice.

I HATE logging in and seeing a zillion messages/comments/discussions/blogs, that are nothing of the sort. They are the same thing over and over and over and over............................. Yugh!
Yes, we can delete them but there's still that sinnking feeling when you first open up your Express and there THEY are!

While two (or at the most three) posts of the same material can be modifed by including the comments as part of the body of the message (and when it comes to SE's, if they find numerous comments, they WILL index all of them!) I too have seen several posts with the exact same info, just a slight name change. When I see posts like that, I automatically delete them from Express and block the member sending out the junk!

Christopher, I love how you are dealing with BS copy/paste duplicated posts - by challenging the poster, you are turning that crap content into quality content with you comments. rampant and it`s due not only to laziness, but also lack of education
I think. We need to start YELLING and DEMANDING quality now
because the time is very near when we won`t be able to yell loud
enough to be heard above the "noise".

Duplicate content is everywhere, that won`t ever change but in a place
like Apsense, we can`t afford to let it take a hold like it has "outside" on

For the last several weeks, I have wondered if I was the only one noticing "invasion of the Spammers" playing right here on Apsense.

I have seen a few realize the error of their ways because someone here took the time to take them aside and speak with them, but many never even recheck their posts to see if they have any response. Maybe because they don't? :-)
