UAC Holding (UAC), which is involved in blockchain investments , plans to merge with TC Unterhaltungselektronik AG (TCU) listed on the stock exchange, according to an ad hoc announcement published on 5 August by TCU. UAC currently has a capitalization of around 120 million euros. The company describes itself there as " Germany's first crypto GmbH" whose "registered capital to 100% with a cryptocurrency rendered" had been. This is the so-called Rainbow Currency (YEM).
