SMS or text messaging is not new and yet still is not being used in the best ways; except perhaps in the area of those annoying marketing texts, where it is being used to excess, so when I came across this blog it was a pleasant surprise. It is full of great ideas about how to implement SMS to improve your company, many of them being totally new to me. All in all worth a visit.
