It is a very well known term, which I suppose every body heard. It is a very beautiful concept about making of customer's relationship stronger. I heard and learnt about this term when I was taking training Infosys. Customer delight means, besides delivery part what extra and valuable are getting by client by which client can get delighted.  By small role plays Infosys taught us a very valuable lesson regarding customers relationship. Today, by learning of that concept, I am able to replicate it, in my business domain as well successfully.  My company primarily into Training and development of soft skills in corporate segment. And there I am able to apply this concept beautifully. As one of our client asked specific training requirement from us. We successfully deliver their training requirement and in last when our delivery part was going to finish, we provide 4 hours more training session to our client as customer delight. Result, we get more training contract from our client's other departments instantly. I believe, we should also follow this concept while doing business for keep this thing in mind to have a long relationship with customers. Because satisfied and delighted customers always like to do business again with same company.
