Did You Say Buffalo?

Yes, Buffalo! As in Jerky! The delicious, scrumptious, delightful, high protein and low fat snack that is mouth watering and delicious! Did I already say delicious!?! I joined JerkyDirect nearly a month ago. My first order of Jerky was the tender Beef... I was being my usual cautious self about foods...would I like it? is it as good as everyone has said? Well, it is. I was going to just have a bit of it now and then... but it seemed to disappear within 2 days! So... it's a good thing it is High Protein and Low fat! LOL.... This month I'm getting the Buffalo Jerky and I think it's the hickory smoked... regular... nothing extravagantly different! I can honestly say I've not eaten Buffalo before. Venison, rabbit, Bear, pheasant, squirrel, possum, frog legs, Moose, ... and of course anything you could fish and catch in fresh water... but not ever have I tasted buffalo! I've seen the Buffalo in a wild life preserve over in Montana and they are an impressive beast! It's a treat I'm looking forward to sampling as the flavor of the month that I get to pick!
