Has anyone joined Amazon CreateAspace for ebook assistance? How are you starting off in ebook career

I always work with CreateSpace and have had no problems. I am in the process of setting up a training class for formatting a paperback book and then uploading to CreateSpace. The classes will be starting in the next few weeks.
