Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme was introduced by the Bihar State Government on October 2, 2016 to help those poor students who are not able to pay the college fee. Bihar is the only state who offers loan in the form of Student Credit Card with a fixed limit of 4 lakh. Bihar Student Credit Card can be avail by any student of Bihar who passed 12th board exam.
