A great site for information on how to use SMS to improve customer relations

SMS or text messaging has been around for many years now and yet still is not being used in the best ways; except perhaps in the area of unsolicited marketing, where it is being used to excess, so when I came across this site it was a pleasant surprise. It is full of great ideas about how to implement SMS to improve your business, some of them being totally new to me. All in all worth a visit.
