INFOSTOR – Off-Site Commercial Record Centers Case Study

Common Sense Business Solutions were contacted by the Facilities Manager at Infostor, a large file and document storage company in Santa Rosa, California. At the time of our initial meeting Infostor had a large collection of individual laser printers spread throughout their facility. These individual printers were costing a lot of money due to the high price of the toner cartridges; they didn’t offer any scanning functionality and didn’t offer them the quality to successfully print their color marketing materials.
