How does one decipher a good Affiliate Marketing Group to join from a bad one?

Hi, there.. With so many Affiliate Marketing Groups out there in Cyber Space, how does one figure out which one's are worth looking into and joining. As an A M myself, with what I feel is the best company to join..I have just a few tips for you all as to what to look for when joining. 1) Look for a company that has been around for a few year already and has a good standing with the BBB. 2) Look for a company that does not charge you anything to join, or maintain your membership on a regular basis. See too, that it does not pressurize you into buying ....unless you want to do so. (With that said, I will however iterate that "it takes money to make money" and so with most A M companies..as with other businesses you build an investment of some sort is inevitable for growth) However, you need to look for a company that will allow you to make choices as to when to spend, how much to spend and where to spend. 3) Look for a company that will give you lots of free resources and tools, education and information....after all if you succeed, they also succeed. My thinking is that if they are an above-board company, which is doing well, they should not need my (forced) little monthly investment into their business. 4) Look for companies that have quality products to sell, that you can sell for them without having to buy, stock or take inventory of these goods. 5) Look for a company that is always in growth mode, coming up with new ways for you to make money. 6) Ensure that their compensation plan offers you at least a 30% or more commission rate. Also, ensure that their is complete transparency in their dealings with you and other Affiliates, so you always know what is going on in your business. 7) Another thing to ensure, is that their minimum pay-out is low. The lower - the better.
