I am also a member at this site and I think it is one of the more reliable click-based earning programs on the net at this time.
I did upgrade and I am able to view ads every single day, usually several times per day. The owner/admin seems to be on track and constantly adding sites. I know that if I log in during morning hours, and I click what's available, I will usually also be able to find more links if I return in the afternoon or evening.
