Sometimes Bigger is Better

Let's face it, sometimes bigger is better, especially when it come to traffic exchanges. There are a lot of good TE's with the downside of small membership. How about one of  the largest TE's with over 390,000 members, that allows even free members a 1:1 surf ratio with only one modest upgrade to have all the perks of splash page makers and rotators and bonus credits? If you are using TE's to advertise you simply can't ignore this Traffic Exchange in your advertising portfolio, as I see it.
