How do you handle snow days?

We are getting our share of snow days here in southern Ohio and with parents working, how do snow days effect your family? Fortunately, I am able to fill in for my daughter with her little ones but others aren't as fortunate.

As we are in tropical region snow is not present. But days are cold. It does not affect our daily life.
