Indian Recipes: Chicken Curry? Chicken Vindaloo!

Chicken Vindaloo dish that the English lads eat the morning after a hard night of partying! It is a rather spicy dish consisting of meat, wine and garlic in it's most traditional form. The name Vindaloo comes from the Portugese word Carne de Vinha d' Alhos. In most Indian restaurants you will find chicken vindaloo served with potatoes. This is not the traditional way to serve it. The potatoes are used as a thickener or volume enhancer. This dish as with other curry dishes are quite popular in England and are gaining in popularity here in the states.
