Are you using Facebook's "reply" feature for comments yet?

Facebook recently added an option to directly reply to comments on your business page's posts. I think it's a great tool that's been a long time coming, I mean forums and places like Reddit have been using that format for years! I personally started using it in the past few days and it's great for connecting to fans/followers directly. It helps with client engagement and really lets you control your replies to comment threads, rather than having to try and gain user attention. Anyone else have any thoughts on this recent update?
