There are 3 membership levels one is FREE the other is $4.95 a month and then lastly there is the VIP which is an annual payment of $100 a year! I wouldn't know about this except I joined had booked a hotel prior using Ebates and that only gave me 4% cash back, and my total was $308.62 + $16 a night and a deposit of $100 for 4 nights; so after joining Dubli I cancelled my prior booking and re-booked at the same hotel same everything I am getting 11.5% cash back now and my total is $275 including fees and everything and I am getting $33.31 CASH BACK so I saved almost $200!! It is amazing! Same hotel, room, length o stay and everything and I am saving enough money to stay a few more days if I want!!
