Where can I go to make an informed purchase of used cell phones in St Catharines?

My wife and I grabbed a used cell phone a month ago for our daughter . She has been begging us for a new Samsung Galaxy Note and we thought it would make the perfect Birthday gift. We grabbed the phone and received a 90 day warranty. The staff also helped us in choosing a otter box and screen protctor.
