Is that international colleges are more worthy than others?

I was searching for the ADP Programs and intermediate colleges in Pakistan, which provide the international standard education in Pakistan. And I got the Riphah international college which is seems as the best international college in Pakistan. So can any one help that is it necessary to educate the child in the international standard colleges or what will be the difference?.
