How do you keep organised to save you time?

How do people get organised with so many safelists etc to schedule in order to promote your programs. This is something I need to get on top of this year. My New Years Resolution1 LOL!

Cooperative marketing

I use a combination of programs. One of them gathers all the credit links from my emails so I can quickly earn credits in all safelists at once at the click of a button.

Then I use another program that monitors how many credits I have and what my mailing frequency is on each of those mailing sites.

None of the tools I use are free but you are certainly welcome to contact me privately if you are interested.

Veteran Entrepreneur now Sharing

I WRITE down the task of the day..(other than routing mundane daily chores of any business) and ONLY focus all energy to the completion of each task one at a time.NO multitasking allowed.
Also No More than 4 item per day
